Aches and pains? Have you thought about pilates? Our pilates class gather in the hall each Thursday at 7.30pm. The hour session aims to correct postural alignment and ease back and joint issues associated with poor core muscle strength. Suitable for all age groups, pilates helps overall joint mobility, muscle stretching and general well being.
